  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cups chicken broth low sodium
  • 1 cup carrots sliced
  • 1 cup peas frozen

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper. Add to the pot and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from pot.
  • Add chicken broth to the pot and bring to a simmer. Add carrots and peas.
