Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, beat together the melted ice cream, sugar, and butter until smooth.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Sift the flour and baking powder together and gradually add it to the wet mixture.
  • Fold in the vanilla extract.
