Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
Layer potatoes in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, then top with cooked beef and sprinkle cheese over the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
