Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until melted, stirring halfway through.
Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and beaten egg to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a breadstick and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
