  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until melted, stirring halfway through.
  • Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and beaten egg to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a breadstick and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
