Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
Drain and set aside.
Cook the Bacon & Beef:
In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside on paper towels.
In the same skillet, cook ground beef with diced onion until browned (6–8 minutes).
Add garlic, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, paprika, and salt. Stir well and cook for 1 more minute. Remove from heat.
Make the Alfredo Cheese Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1–2 minutes to form a roux.
Slowly whisk in milk and cream, stirring constantly until thickened (3–4 minutes).
Add garlic powder, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Combine Everything:
Add the cooked pasta and meat mixture into a large pot or skillet.
Pour the Alfredo cheese sauce over the top and stir to combine.
Fold in half of the crispy bacon and extra cheddar cheese.
Serve & Garnish:
Spoon into bowls and top with remaining bacon, shredded cheddar, and chopped green onions or parsley.
Serve hot and enjoy every creamy, cheesy, bacon-loaded bite!
