  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon lemon juiced and zested

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss until potatoes are well coated.
  • Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle with lemon juice and zest. Serve warm.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes before baking.
