  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg large

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and erythritol until smooth.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
  • Gradually add the almond flour and baking powder, mixing until a dough forms.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, flattening each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until the cookies are golden around the edges.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
