Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add chopped kale and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly wilted.
Stir in pasta and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let it simmer until pasta is cooked and broth is absorbed, about 10-12 minutes.
Stir in crumbled feta cheese and serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to add some red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
