  • 0.25 cup orange juice freshly squeezed

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Combine garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create a marinade.
  • Rub the marinade all over the pork shoulder, ensuring it is well coated.
  • Place the pork in the Instant Pot and pour orange juice over it.
  • Set the Instant Pot to manual and cook for 90 minutes.
  • Allow a natural release of pressure, remove the pork, and shred before serving.

Notes

For additional flavor, allow the pork to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
