Instructions
Preparation Steps
Turn on the Instant Pot and select sauté. Add the butter and let it melt.
Add the garlic and sauté for about one minute, until fragrant.
Place the chicken breasts in the pot and season with salt and pepper.
Pour in the chicken broth and add the lemon slices.
Lock the lid in place and set to pressure cook on high for 7 minutes. Allow natural release for 5 minutes.
Remove the lid carefully. Serve with sauce over the top.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like thyme or parsley at the end of cooking.
