  • 1 cup chicken broth low sodium
  • 1 whole lemon sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Turn on the Instant Pot and select sauté. Add the butter and let it melt.
  • Add the garlic and sauté for about one minute, until fragrant.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the pot and season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and add the lemon slices.
  • Lock the lid in place and set to pressure cook on high for 7 minutes. Allow natural release for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the lid carefully. Serve with sauce over the top.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like thyme or parsley at the end of cooking.
