Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the finely chopped fresh parsley, cilantro, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth, ensuring a well-mixed and vibrant red Chimichurri sauce.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary. You can add more salt or chili flakes according to your preferred level of spiciness.
  • Transfer the Red Chimichurri to a sealed jar and refrigerate for at least an hour. Allowing the sauce to chill enhances the flavors and ensures a well-rounded taste.
