Spread a layer of Doritos on the baking sheet or dish, creating a base for your nachos. You might not use the entire bag, depending on the size of your dish.
Spoon the seasoned ground beef evenly over the Doritos.
Sprinkle both the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses over the top of the beef.
Add the sliced jalapeños and black olives (and any other toppings you’d like to heat up).
