  • 4 cups water filtered
  • 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1 cup sparkling water chilled
  • 2 tablespoons honey or to taste
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Boil 4 cups of water and remove from heat.
  • Add hibiscus flowers and let steep for 10 minutes.
  • Strain the liquid and discard the flowers.
  • Stir in honey until fully dissolved and let cool.
  • Mix in sparkling water and serve over ice.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired.
