Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine the beef cubes with half of the chimichurri sauce. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates using olive oil.
Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating between them.
Grill the kebabs for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your liking.
Serve with the remaining chimichurri sauce on the side.
