Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken strips to the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, then bring to a simmer.
Return the chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 5-7 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream during the simmering process.
