Ingredients
 

  • 1 1/2 lbs pork tenderloin or boneless pork chops cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for heat
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for a touch of sweetness
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Pork
  • Season the Pork: In a large bowl, toss the pork cubes with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Step 2: Cook the Pork
  • Heat the Pan: Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the Pork: Add the seasoned pork cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until browned.
  • Add Garlic & Sauces: Reduce the heat to medium, add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and honey (if using). Stir well to coat the pork.
  • Finish Cooking: Cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pork is fully cooked and caramelized.
  • Step 3: Serve
  • Garnish & Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
