  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the berries with 1/4 cup of sugar.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture is crumbly.
  • Place the berry mixture in a baking dish and then sprinkle the flour mixture over the berries.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Notes
