Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the berries with 1/4 cup of sugar.
In another bowl, mix the flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Pour in the melted butter and stir until the mixture is crumbly.
Place the berry mixture in a baking dish and then sprinkle the flour mixture over the berries.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
