Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded zucchini, flour, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
Stir in the beaten eggs, baking powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and flatten with a spatula.
