  • 1 head cauliflower leaves removed
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon parsley fresh and chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Rinse the cauliflower and pat dry. Remove any remaining leaves and trim the stem flush with the rest of the head.
  • Place the cauliflower head on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the entire head and use your hands to rub the oil into the cauliflower.
  • In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the cauliflower.
  • Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until golden brown and tender when pierced with a knife.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
