Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rinse the cauliflower and pat dry. Remove any remaining leaves and trim the stem flush with the rest of the head.
Place the cauliflower head on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over the entire head and use your hands to rub the oil into the cauliflower.
In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the cauliflower.
Roast the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until golden brown and tender when pierced with a knife.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
