  • 0.75 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.75 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture until just combined.
  • Stir in the oats, dried cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges. Let cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For even more flavor, you can add a pinch of nutmeg or cardamom to the dough.
