Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place the cubed watermelon into a blender and blend until smooth.
Strain the watermelon juice through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp.
In a large pitcher, combine watermelon juice, lime juice, tequila, triple sec, and simple syrup. Stir well.
Run a lime slice around the rims of the glasses and dip them in salt.
Fill glasses with crushed ice and pour in the margarita mixture.
Garnish with a lime slice and a sprig of mint before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, consider adding a jalapeño slice to the margarita mixture.
