Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add broccoli, bell peppers, and shredded carrots. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Add the cooked chow mein noodles and soy sauce. Toss well to coat evenly.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring often. Serve hot.
Notes
For added protein, you can include tofu or chicken. Adjust soy sauce to your taste preference.
