In a bowl, mix ground turkey with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 4 equal patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
In the same skillet, add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
Butter the outside of each bread slice. Place one slice, buttered side down, on a skillet. Layer with 1 slice of cheese, a turkey patty, caramelized onions, another slice of cheese, and another bread slice, buttered side up.
Cook over medium heat until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
