Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, beaten egg, chopped onion, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread additional ketchup on top of the loaf for a glaze.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Allow the meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding Italian herbs or some Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture.
