  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 package ranch dressing mix 1 oz package
  • 0.5 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley fresh, for garnish
  • 1 pretzel sticks for turkey feathers
  • 2 candy eyes for decoration
  • 1 almond slice for turkey beak
  • 1 small mini bell pepper orange or red, cut into strips for wattle

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing mix. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball. Roll the ball in chopped pecans until fully coated.
  • Decorate the cheese ball with candy eyes, an almond slice for the beak, and a mini bell pepper strip for the wattle.
  • Insert pretzel sticks around the back of the cheese ball to create turkey feathers. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Allow the cheese ball to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier spreading.
