Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing mix. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Shape the mixture into a ball. Roll the ball in chopped pecans until fully coated.
Decorate the cheese ball with candy eyes, an almond slice for the beak, and a mini bell pepper strip for the wattle.
Insert pretzel sticks around the back of the cheese ball to create turkey feathers. Garnish with chopped parsley.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Allow the cheese ball to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for easier spreading.
