Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
In another bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth, then gently fold in the whipped cream.
Mix the brewed coffee with the coffee liqueur. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and arrange in the bottom of a dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat the layers and finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, prepare a day in advance and allow the flavors to meld together.
