Instructions
Preparation Steps
Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent.
Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
Stir in taco seasoning, water, salsa, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the sauce evenly.
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
