Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until the beef is cooked through. Drain excess fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, beef broth, and corn. Stir to combine.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot, topped with shredded cheddar cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and sliced green onions.
