Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, if using.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
