  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 12 pieces graham crackers about one sleeve

  • In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and confectioners' sugar together until stiff peaks form.
  • Spread a thin layer of whipped cream at the bottom of a serving dish.
  • Layer graham crackers on top, followed by another layer of whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle with fresh raspberries and blueberries.
  • Repeat layers, ending with whipped cream and a final garnish of berries on top.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours before serving for best results.

Notes
