Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and confectioners' sugar together until stiff peaks form.
Spread a thin layer of whipped cream at the bottom of a serving dish.
Layer graham crackers on top, followed by another layer of whipped cream.
Sprinkle with fresh raspberries and blueberries.
Repeat layers, ending with whipped cream and a final garnish of berries on top.
Chill for at least 4 hours before serving for best results.
Notes
For added flavor, try adding a splash of vanilla extract to the whipped cream.
