Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz sugar cookies store-bought or homemade, finely crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 oz white chocolate melted
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the crushed sugar cookies, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended and a dough forms.
  • Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze the cookie balls for about 15 minutes or until firm.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Dip the chilled cookie balls into the melted white chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off. Place back on the parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle the truffles with colorful sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
  • Allow the truffles to set at room temperature or place them in the refrigerator to speed up the process.

Notes

Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
