Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and sauté until soft.
1 cup cooked rice,
1 medium onion
Stir in the cooked rice, 1 cup of tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
1 pound ground beef,
2 cloves garlic,
1.5 cups tomato sauce,
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese,
1 teaspoon salt,
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Stuff each pepper with the beef and rice mixture.
Place the peppers in a baking dish, pour the remaining tomato sauce over the stuffed peppers.
Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
