Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Fill each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Serve warm, optionally garnished with additional parsley.
Notes
You can add cooked sausage or bacon bits to the filling for extra flavor.
