  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Maple syrup for serving

    • Spread the cream cheese and berry mixture evenly on 4 slices of bread, then top each with another slice to create sandwiches.
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
    • Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Dip each stuffed sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
    • Cook the stuffed French toast sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
