Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Add chopped bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet; cook until soft.

Stir in cooked rice, tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix well.

Notes
