Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, beat the cold heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
Spread a thin layer of the whipped cream mixture at the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Place a layer of graham crackers over the whipped cream, breaking them as necessary to fit.
Spread about 1/3 of the remaining whipped cream over the crackers.
Top with a layer of sliced strawberries.
Repeat the layers two more times, finishing with a generous layer of strawberries on top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Make sure to use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
