Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, egg, and oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Fold in the white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to one week. Add a sprinkle of sea salt on top for an added flavor dimension.
