  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets thawed
  • 1 egg beaten

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the spinach and feta cheese.
  • Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into squares.
  • Place a spoonful of spinach mixture in the center of each square. Fold over to form triangles and press the edges to seal.
  • Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
