Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix the spinach and feta cheese.
Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into squares.
Place a spoonful of spinach mixture in the center of each square. Fold over to form triangles and press the edges to seal.
Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
