  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper diced
  • 0.5 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup black olives sliced
  • 0.5 cup Italian dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and black olives.
  • Add the Italian dressing, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley to the bowl. Toss to combine.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
