  • **1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 –2 teaspoons lemon juice or apple cider vinegar for tang
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper or smoked paprika for extra kick
