Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add the vanilla extract and egg, and beat until light and fluffy.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Gently fold in the chopped Snickers and mini chocolate chips.
Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
