Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together brown sugar, granulated sugar, and eggs until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Spread the cookie batter over the graham cracker crust in the baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
Notes
Be careful not to overbake as the bars will continue to firm up as they cool.
