  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1.5 cup chocolate chips milk or semisweet
  • 2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  • In another bowl, whisk together sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour over chocolate chips.
  • Sprinkle mini marshmallows over the top.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until marshmallows are golden brown.
  • Allow to cool before cutting into bars and serving.

Notes

For a twist, try using peanut butter chips or white chocolate chips instead of regular chocolate chips.
