  • 1.5 lbs ribeye steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 medium bell peppers assorted colors, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large red onion cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the steak cubes, bell peppers, and onion to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  • Thread the steak, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating pieces.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  • Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
