Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add the steak cubes, bell peppers, and onion to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Thread the steak, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating pieces.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
