Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, mix apple cider vinegar and brown sugar. Add pork chops and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Remove chops from marinade and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub mixture evenly over both sides of the chops.
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
Place the chops in the smoker and smoke for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from smoker and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Adjust the seasoning to your taste, and feel free to use different wood chips for smoking to get unique flavors.
