Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Add the beans, green chilies, onion, and garlic on top of the chicken.
Sprinkle cumin, oregano, and chili powder over the mixture.
Pour the chicken broth over all the ingredients in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.
Serve hot, garnished with sour cream, shredded cheese, and cilantro.
Notes
If the chili is too thick, add extra chicken broth to reach your desired consistency.
