In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, 3 tablespoons of ketchup, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until just combined.

Spread the remaining 0.5 cup of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
