  • 5 lb bone-in ham spiral-cut
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup pure
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 tsp cloves ground

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Place the ham in the slow cooker, flat side down.
  • In a medium-sized bowl, mix together brown sugar, maple syrup, pineapple juice, Dijon mustard, and ground cloves. Pour over the ham.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through.
  • Baste the ham with the juices from the slow cooker every hour.
  • Remove ham from the slow cooker and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

You can substitute honey for maple syrup if desired. Adjust cooking time based on the size of the ham.
