  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes optional

  • In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until well combined.
  • Fold in the parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Stir in the drained spinach and chopped artichoke hearts until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a slow cooker and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with chips, crackers, or a sliced baguette.

Notes

This dip can be made a day ahead and reheated in the slow cooker before serving. Adjust the amount of red pepper flakes to taste for a spicier dip.
