Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Add chicken thighs to the skillet, skin-side down, and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Flip the chicken thighs and add minced garlic and rosemary to the pan.
Continue to cook until chicken is cooked through, about another 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
